At Brainory, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 6 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or customs clearance.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 working days of your purchase, please contact our support team.

Brainory currently ships to a wide range of locations. During checkout, you will be able to confirm whether we deliver to your address. If your location is not available at checkout, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises.
Delays & Disruptions
While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, there are occasional circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include extreme weather conditions, public holidays, customs inspections, or high-demand periods. Brainory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Brainory is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
