At Brainory, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products

Since most of our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we handle each case with fairness and care.


Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if the product you received was defective, corrupted, or not as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for consideration.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if you simply changed your mind after downloading the product. Refunds are also not applicable if you have already accessed, downloaded, or consumed a significant portion of the content. Purchases made outside the 30-day window are also non-refundable.


Physical Products

If Brainory offers any physical items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 to 3 business days.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

At this time, Brainory does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order separately.


Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in your account being flagged or suspended.
